I've had a few inquiries regarding our kitchen changes so I figured since I now have the Kitchen plan I would post it up. The brief was to keep the kitchen simple and streamlined. To achieve this we moved the fridge to the laundry wall, opted for flush line overheads and an integrated rangehood.

This week on the block we finally have bricks wooo!

Austral Urban One Chiffon bricks to whole house

Red bricks will be 'Bag N Paint' Shale Grey

Bath cutout now complete and you can now see the dropped larger window

Roof is progressing well and is now complete!

Roof frame going up! Must admit that we are very pleased with the upgraded 26 degree roof pitch from the standard 22.5!

We've been Framed :O

Exciting times!! The frame has almost been completely constructed!

We might add some extra noggins to the walls to hold the wall hung TV's, some large photo frames in the dining alcove and entry, towel hooks in the ensuite and bathroom and a few other bits a pieces so we don't have the problem of not being able to hang things where we want them once the walls are up! Little bit of pre-planning can go a long way later down the track. 

I think once the windows are in and the roof is on we will be able to get a good feel for the rooms.
